CuckScore terms covering adult access, AI limitations, acceptable submissions, public sharing, credits, and subscriptions.
The service
CuckScore is operated by Trinx Solutions. Contact [email protected] for support, billing questions, or complaints. Using the service means accepting these terms and the privacy policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement. Keep your account credentials and API keys private.
Reflection and entertainment
Scores, archetypes, roasts, Coach responses, and patterns are AI-generated perspectives based on limited submitted context. They do not establish facts about another person’s intentions, diagnose a condition, or determine your worth. They are not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or emergency support. Make your own decisions and seek qualified help when appropriate. If you face immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Your submissions and conduct
Submit only content you are entitled to use. Remove unnecessary names, contact information, and sensitive details. Do not upload illegal content, sexual content involving minors, threats, harassment, or material intended to expose or harm another person. Do not impersonate others, bypass rate limits, interfere with the service, or use it to manipulate or stalk someone. We may remove public content or restrict abusive access. You retain rights in your submissions and permit us to process them to provide the features you request.
Sharing, gifts, and Party mode
Public links expose exactly the mode and images selected in the share preview. You are responsible for obtaining permission for any third-party information you publish. Comments are public. Gift recipients control their own submitted story and private redemption result; a purchase does not give the buyer access to that result. Party participants must consent to showing their generated result to the room. Gift links expire after 30 days, and Party rooms after 24 hours.
Free allowance, credits, and plans
Registered free accounts have three analyses per calendar month. Credits cover additional analyses and are consumed when an analysis is reserved; a provider failure restores the reservation. An interrupted browser connection does not prove the provider failed: check history before retrying. Paid monthly plans renew until canceled and remain subject to fair-use request limits. Checkout shows the amount, currency, and renewal terms before purchase. Plan and credit access activates only after server-side payment confirmation.
Cancellation and billing support
Use the billing portal to manage or cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops renewal while access follows the subscription’s confirmed paid period. Contact [email protected] about mistaken charges, payment failures, refunds, or consumer rights. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights that apply to you. Deleting an account does not cancel an active payment subscription; cancel it first.
Availability and responsibility
Features can be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, that a particular relationship outcome will occur, or that every request will succeed. Restrictions on liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove mandatory consumer protections. We may update features and these terms; the current version is published here.
