How CuckScore handles account details, private stories, screenshots, AI processing, sharing choices, and data requests.
Who operates the service
CuckScore is operated by Trinx Solutions. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions and requests. This policy describes the CuckScore website and its account, analysis, Coach, sharing, and payment features.
Information you provide
We process your email and sign-in details, optional profile information, stories, follow-up answers, uploaded screenshots, Coach conversations, rewrite requests, and the reports generated from them. Account settings, action progress, and subscription or credit records let us provide the features you request. Do not submit another person’s sensitive information, contact details, or identifying images. Redact screenshots before uploading them.
AI processing
Story analysis, Coach responses, and message rewrites send the necessary content and optional profile context to OpenRouter and the selected model provider. Screenshot analysis also sends the images you choose to attach. Coach retrieval uses embeddings of your saved stories and reviewed guidance to find relevant context. Providers have their own processing and retention policies; a private report is not a promise that its contents never leave our servers. See openrouter.ai/privacy for OpenRouter’s policy. AI outputs can be incorrect and are not used by CuckScore to make decisions about your employment, credit, healthcare, or eligibility for public services.
Private history and public sharing
Saved analyses and Coach conversations are restricted to your account. Public sharing is off until you enable it. Preview scores only, a report summary, or the full story before publishing; image sharing is a separate choice. Anyone with a public link can access the chosen content and copy it. Turning sharing off blocks subsequent access through CuckScore, but cannot erase copies already made by others. Public comments and Party results are visible to other readers or participants. Choose an alias and avoid identifying details.
Payments and optional services
Stripe processes checkout and payment methods when payments are enabled. CuckScore stores payment references, purchase amounts, subscription state, and the credit ledger; it does not receive your full card number. Google sign-in is optional. Optional analytics runs only after your choice in Cookie preferences. Weekly reflection emails are off by default and can be changed in account settings.
Purpose and storage
We use account and submitted information to provide the service you request; security logs, rate limits, and idempotency records protect it against misuse and duplicate processing. Optional analytics is based on your consent. Saved account content remains until you delete it or your account. Guest report recovery tokens expire after one hour. Gift access expires after 30 days, and stored redemption payloads are cleared after expiry. Party access expires after 24 hours. Operational backups and necessary payment records may persist beyond deletion; contact us about a specific retention request.
Your controls and rights
Use account settings to update your profile, download your data as JSON, and request account deletion. Delete individual saved analyses and Coach conversations from their respective sections. Active paid subscriptions must be canceled before account deletion. You may contact us to request access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction, or objection where applicable, and complain to your relevant data protection authority. Requests requiring identity verification are handled through the contact address above. Security and updates
We use authentication, access controls, encrypted connections, and restricted image links. Avoid sharing sign-in tokens, API keys, and private redemption links. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page.
